Project Manager Virtualisation & Cloud Computing Training Program
July 2010 – March 2011
The reorganization and use of new technology requests a new way of working for the employees with in ISS (IT Company of ING). The use of for example Virtualization and Cloud Computing has impact on the daily way of working and therefore the people need to get training.
Working together with ITpreneurs and several vendors like IBM, HP, EMC, Cisco, Virtual Clarity etc. on a suggestion of training on the different concepts.
The approach consist a video made for marketing purposes with in the bank, a assessment to make the people aware of their training needs, and a game (like Farmville) to show the people how Virtualization and Cloud Computing works.
This project has tide timelines and end of 2010 we delivered the complete program, that consist also the training, E-learning and in Classrooms.
The book: ‘Get ready for Cloud Computing’ became a bestseller (Amazon.com).

Project Manager TSAM-TPM (Implementation IBM tool)
ING, Project; Data Centre Strategy Program
January 2010 – Now
TSAM-TPM is a service automation and provisioning tool out of the IBM Tivoli Suite. ING has chosen to implement this tool to improve the time to market and to realize delivering IT Solutions.
The project is a combination of the technical implementation of the tool and the automation of the workflow (manual steps needed to deliver). The automation of the workflow results in a reorganization of the current way of working for more than 40 departments. ING is a early adapter of this tool.
The technical implementation, organizational impact and changes, describing new services, processes and the impact on people (training/skills) are all covered in this project.
